Why A2P teams need delivery observability

Delivery logs, webhook events, and provider responses are product features when customer notifications affect revenue and trust.

A2P messaging does not end when an API returns 202 Accepted. Product teams still need to know whether a message was queued, sent, delivered, failed, retried, or blocked by a routing issue.

Delivery observability turns those states into a developer workflow. Clear logs, searchable request IDs, webhook event history, and actionable error codes help teams debug customer notifications without guessing.

Dugble should make delivery visibility a first-class part of the product. Developers should be able to send a message, trace the lifecycle, inspect provider feedback, and decide what to retry or escalate.
