We collect information necessary to provide billing services, including developer account details, API usage logs, and customer metadata provided by your application. We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled directly by Kora.
Data is used to calculate usage metering, process subscriptions, generate invoices, and protect our infrastructure from fraudulent activity using edge security tools like Arcjet.
We share data with Kora (our payment processor) to facilitate transactions. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third-party advertisers.
Dugble utilizes distributed infrastructure to ensure high availability. Depending on your region and local regulations (such as NDPR in Nigeria), we offer data residency options to keep customer data within specific geographic boundaries when required.
