How is email usage counted?
Per recipient. One message sent to ten recipients counts as ten emails, not one.
How is overage billed?
In blocks of 1,000 emails, at your plan's overage rate. The Free plan has no overage. Sending stops until you upgrade.
Does sandbox traffic count toward my bill?
No. Sandbox messages are free and unlimited. You're only billed once you send from a production sender.
Can I mix email and SMS on one workspace?
Yes. Usage for each channel is metered and shown separately, so one doesn't obscure the other.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No minimums at standard volume. High-volume workspaces can talk to us about a custom arrangement.
