We promise to provide reliable, secure billing infrastructure and clear communication regarding system status and security posture.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data sent to our API and for ensuring your use of Dugble complies with local laws in your operating region.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dugble's billing infrastructure, APIs, and dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.
2. The Service
Dugble provides monetization logic, including subscription management, usage metering, and invoicing. We do not act as a bank or a money transmitter; payment processing is handled by our third-party partner, Kora.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
4. Fees and Payments
Dugble charges fees for access to its infrastructure as described on our pricing page. Fees are separate from any transaction processing fees charged by Kora.
